Herman Cain hosted a supposed “Tax Rally” in Washington, DC today to much fanfare. Just kidding, it was a complete failure. If you subtract the rubberneckers, it only leaves around 15(one for each of Cain’s minutes of fame, which are now obviously up).
I've seen more people in line at a Mexican restaurant's bathroom.
